SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
- All orders will have a production fulfillment time of 3-8 days. This means we wil process and fulfill your order within this timeframe before shipping out. Depending on your location, additional transit time may be required. On average, most customers receive their orders within 1,5 weeks
- If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all sales are final. Since we are an upcoming brand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. -
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

What if my package is lost or delayed?
